This in 1949 founded international real estate organization has over the years grown to be a platform that consists of a wide range of disciplines in real estate. Amongst the 5.000 members in 60 countries, the following professional groups are represented: brokers, administrators, surveyors, advisors, real estate developers and builders, architects, tax specialists, moneylenders, lawyers and notaries public.
Stichting Vastgoedcert – Nederlands Instituut Certificatie en Registratie makelaars-taxteurs onroerende zaken (Dutch Institute for Certification and Registration of real estate brokers and surveyors)
The Stichting VastgoedCert is an industry-wide platform for the registration and certification of real estate brokers and surveyors with over 5.500 registered members divided over the following chambers: Living/SME, Commercial Real Estate, Rural Real Estate and Real Estate Appraisal Act.
The objective of the Stichting VastgoedCert is certification and registration of the (technical) competence of real estate brokers and surveyors.
All registered members meet the highest qualifications. If one does not meet predetermined training requirements one cannot accede to the chambers of the Stichting VastgoedCert. One has to have both a theoretical and a practical diploma for the chambers.
Once certified by the Stichting VastgoedCert, further training is required. Each chamber has its own certification requirements. Certified members of the Stichting VastgoedCert have proven that they have the required technical competence through independent testing.
